On 30 September the new AI‑Accelerated version of our Miroverse template for the Lean Data & AI Strategy Workshop premiered. Around a dozen participants from the “Data‑Based Transformation” seminar at Steinbeis Augsburg Business School were the first to test it.
The image shows the first step on the path to an AI strategy: a shared business understanding – analysing the business model and ideating AI use cases that support the business objectives. The Miro AI, in the form of the Catalyst Sidekick, helped by analysing the briefing documents and offering suggestions.

✨ All canvases now include AI Action Buttons: Consult, Create, Check, Challenge and Choose. The Catalyst supports teams in co‑creation with co‑intelligence.
📄 For each canvas, and for the whole workshop, the Catalyst generates summaries as Markdown documents. These can be imported into agentic engineering tools such as Codex or Claude Code to to turn the strategy directly into solutions.
📊 From those Markdown summaries AI Flows create a use case catalogue as a table, a prototype as a click‑dummy, a data & AI strategy as a presentation, and a to‑do list as a Kanban board.
