1. For Individual Certifications
These terms apply to participants of Datentreiber’s certification trainings, including programs in the areas of data strategy, AI, and business design.
They cover all aspects of the contractual relationship—from registration and payment to cancellation terms, usage rights for materials, liability, and data protection. Participants must be business customers (no private consumers), and full attendance is typically required for certification.
