⚡ The week starts off with lots of energy: Miro has invited me to the AI Builder Week to develop a collaborative AI solution using AI Sidekicks, Flows, and MCP. For this, we’ll have access to the new Agentic AI features that Miro first unveiled at Canvas 26. My plan: upgrade the Data & AI Business Catalyst!
We’ve already brainstormed the following ideas:
A) You upload a company presentation, and the Catalyst fills out your Business Model Canvas for you.
B) You describe your business model (on the canvas), and the Catalyst suggests relevant use cases of analytics and AI.
C) You invite colleagues to an asynchronous workshop, and the Catalyst consolidates the use case suggestions.
D) You come up with use cases, and the Catalyst estimates the ROI for the AI applications.
E) You select the relevant use cases, and the Catalyst generates a Use Case Catalog in Markdown format (for importing into the context of Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
F) You decide in which format you’d like to share your AI strategy, and the Catalyst generates a doc, sheet, or slides.
In a nutshell: the Catalyst catalyzes the process from discovery to delivery, connects teams and tools, and converts your AI strategy into a machine-readable and version-controlled artifact for your AI agents.
