Want to stop wasting time on misaligned workshops and start leveraging AI for better outcomes?
Achieve team alignment during workshop preparation and provide context for AI-assisted workshop execution with Datentreiber’s structured briefing process.
The use case: We run Data & AI strategy and solution workshops with clients, and the quality of the session depends almost entirely on the context everyone walks in with. The hard part is making sure the team is aligned beforehand and that the AI I lean on during the session actually understands the business it’s working on, rather than starting cold.
What we built: A structured briefing process built around a Miro AI Flow, working in two phases:
Before the workshop, stakeholders upload their relevant documents and capture their initial input directly into the AI Flow. The Flow synthesizes all of it into one comprehensive briefing covering business objectives, target goals, guidelines, constraints, legal requirements, and an optional gap analysis. By the time we open the session, the whole team is already aligned on the same picture.
Then during the workshop, I feed that finished briefing straight into Miro Sidekicks and AI Flows. The AI is now steering off deep, up-front context instead of guessing, which is what makes the difference.
Providing that much context before the session changes the quality of everything the AI produces during it. The outputs are noticeably more relevant and more accurate, because the briefing is doing the steering. And the team alignment that used to take the first hour of the workshop is already done before anyone joins.
